Allan Boston

Allan is the Chief Operating Officer at IHLAD. He is an experienced healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand, spanning for-profit, not-for-profit, and government-funded health services.

Prior to joining IHLAD, Allan served as CEO of The Medical Office, a PureHealth company, overseeing six Sheikh Khalifa Hospitals in the northern Emirates and the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Abu Dhabi. His career has focused on healthcare management, operational excellence, health information technology, and the development of services that improve patient care and organisational performance.

In recent years, Allan has focused on developing healthcare systems and services that help people stay well, live healthier lives, and reduce the need for acute care. His work at IHLAD supports the advancement of healthy longevity medicine, with a focus on individual physiology, lifestyle, and environment to help improve healthspan.
