Ms. Laura Buckley is the Clinic Operations Manager at IHLAD, where she is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care with a focus on wellness, longevity, and personalized healthcare.

As Clinic Operations Manager, Laura’s responsibilities include empowering a high-performing team, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a patient-centric approach that aligns with regulatory standards. She plays a key role in implementing standards for longevity medicine in the UAE health system, positioning IHLAD at the forefront of patient-centered healthcare.

Laura brings over 15 years of experience in diverse healthcare roles, from surgical nursing inIreland, the UK, and Saudi Arabia to wellness and preventive medicine in the UAE. Her expertise lies in operational excellence, leadership, and cultivating a culture of excellence in healthcare.

Prior to joining IHLAD, Laura supported innovative programs like Executive Health, Lifestyle Medicine, and Precision Medicine, leading clinical teams focused on VIP and international patients. She is also a certified Crucial Conversations facilitator, helping teams navigate challenging discussions with empathy and respect.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Nursing from University College Cork, Ireland, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Wollongong, Dubai.
