Shubhita Mathur

Ms. Shubhita Mathur is the Director of Strategic Programs at IHLAD, where she brings a wealth of expertise in strategy, management consultancy, and healthcare reform. With a Master’s degree in Health Informatics from University College London, Shubhita has dedicated her career to advancing healthcare systems and enhancing population health initiatives.

In her role at IHLAD, Shubhita oversees program execution, branding, and government relations, promoting a preventive approach to healthcare across the region. She collaborates with departments to align initiatives with organizational goals and ensures effective communication and continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.

With over a decade of experience, Shubhita’s background spans international roles in healthcare and consultancy. Before joining IHLAD, she worked as a Senior Specialist for the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, leading reforms in Non-Acute and Primary care, and Mental Health models. Her prior roles include serving as Failsafe Manager at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, and acting as a Management Consultant specialising in Data Strategy.
