These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the website and mobile application (together, the "Platforms"), of the Institute for Healthier Living - Abu Dhabi - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C and subsidiaries ("IHLAD", "we", "us" or "our").

Any symptom checker, calculator, automated recommendation, artificial intelligence, wearable integration or similar digital tool is provided for information support only unless expressly stated otherwise. Use of the Platforms does not give you ownership of this content. Requests to use IHLAD materials may be sent to legal@ihlad.ae.

By using the Platforms you agree to indemnify and hold IHLAD harmless (together with our affiliates and any third party that provides content or links on the Platforms, and each of our and their respective officers, directors, agents, contractors and employees) with respect to any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with, your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platforms, and any action taken by us as part of our investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms, or as a result of findings or decisions that a breach of these Terms has occurred..
8. Governing Law
The use of the Platforms is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and you expressly agree that the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of, or in relation to, its terms and conditions.
